Open Up’s mission is to expand access to wellbeing through inclusive movement and mindfulness education, centering people with disabilities as we build community and create spaces where everyone belongs. Our programs are open to all who identify as having a disability and those who do not. They are for everyone.

Sunday, November 8
11:00am–4:00pm
📍 3711 Butler StLearn to teach chair yoga with confidence, creativity, and accessibility at the center. This interactive training will give you practical tools you can use immediately. Unlike traditional trainings, we’ll explore how to adapt movement to people, not as people to adapt to yoga.

📍 3711 Butler StOur camps and clubs for students ages 5–12 are unique because of our small group setting of no more than 12 participants and our staff is trained at making our programs accessible for all! Students with and without disabilities are encouraged to apply.
