Inclusivity in the Workplace
Research has shown that there is a competitive advantage for companies that are more inclusive in their hiring. This holds true for hiring people with disabilities. Libby Powers, one of our board members, sat down with April and Wesley Hamilton to talk about this during disability employment month. They had a rich discussion and Libby shared such rich insights on inclusivity in the workplace especially when addressing having employed disabled people.
