Transition Practice
The summer is winding down, and this transition offers an opportunity for us to think about and practice mindfulness techniques and set intentions around transitioning seasons.
Reflect on the Season: take some breaths and bring to mind moments of joy, growth, and learning from this summer.
Consider: What are you grateful for? What challenges did you overcome? Allow yourself to sit with these reflections without judgment.
Set an Intention: As you prepare to move into the Fall season, set a gentle intention for yourself. It could be something as simple as "I will carry peace with me into the fall" or "I will remain open to change."
Journal or find a way to capture your reflections and intentions during this time.
