I’d like to start this month’s Musings with an apology.  While I’ve had unexpected blessings and unexpected disasters I have neglected Musings.  Both circumstances have made me a better-abled person. Nothing can prepare you for surprises but what I’ve learned is that I can adjust myself to handling them.  With all the happenings in the country trickling down to my small world I’m more aware of the people and places who support me through my changing days. 

I have worked hard recently with my communication regulation team to give quality to my days. I’d like to take Open Up’s focus on women this month to show my gratitude for the women in my talented team.

They are but a small representation of the many women who dedicate themselves to others. Through hard work, amazing creativity and never-ending energy so many women help others achieve greatness. It’s thanks to a balanced lifestyle that women can support and enrich those around them.

Yoga, strength training, and social events all contribute to keeping life moving forward. Make sure that the women in your life take time for themselves and thank them for their efforts.
